Trust comes first, because this is health care
Google treats medical pages as "Your Money or Your Life" content, which means it looks harder for signs that real, qualified people stand behind what's written. Patients do the same thing. Before booking, they want to know who the doctor is, where she trained, whether she's board certified and which hospital she delivers at. A practice that shows this clearly, on a bio page for every physician and a "medically reviewed by" line on every clinical page, gives both Google and the patient a reason to believe it. The same details need to match everywhere: the website, each Google profile and directories like Healthgrades and Zocdoc. Generic stock photos and anonymous copy do the opposite. They make a careful, experienced practice look like every other office on the list. This is where we start with every medical practice we work with.
