Cleaning is bought on rhythm rather than on one job. A customer who books weekly is worth many times one who books once, but most cleaning sites are built to sell a single visit and leave the recurring decision to a phone call that never happens.
The other problem was reach. The Clean Feel works across Broward County, and a single service areas page cannot rank in seventeen separate cities.
Four decisions.
Everything else followed from these.
Sell the rhythm, not the visit.
Weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time are the first thing on the page, priced as a choice rather than buried in a form.
One page per city.
Seventeen cities, each with its own page, and the same standard stated everywhere with no travel charge for being further out.
Eight lines, eight pages.
Standard, deep, move in and out, Airbnb turnover, apartment, same-day, office and post-construction each answer a different customer.
Both languages, properly.
The whole site runs in English and Spanish, not a translate widget bolted to the corner of it.
What it does.
- An estimate form that starts with how often, so the recurring plan is chosen before anything else is asked
- Call and text both offered as first-class options, because a cleaning enquiry is often sent from a phone mid-errand
- Google reviews shown with the rating on the page rather than described
- Every service line priced and scoped in plain words, including what a standard clean does not cover
- Photography shot in real Broward homes rather than stock interiors
Results.
The rebuild is recent. It is indexed and being tracked, and there are no ranking or booking figures worth publishing yet. This section will carry them once there are enough to mean something.
