ServiceHow do you get more Google reviews from customers who were happy?
Ask every customer, at the right moment, with a link that makes it easy. Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asked. We set up automatic review requests after each job and make sure every review, good or bad, gets a thoughtful reply.
What the engagement actually includes.
Automated review requests
A text or email sent after each completed job or visit, with a direct link to your Google review form, so asking for reviews happens every time instead of when someone remembers.
Replies to every review
Thoughtful, personal replies to positive and negative reviews, written in your voice. Future customers read the replies too, and a calm answer to a complaint often builds more trust than the complaint costs.
Alerts and monitoring
New reviews flagged as they come in, with negative ones sent to you quickly so you can follow up with the customer directly.
Done by the rules
Every customer gets the same request. No fake reviews, no paying for reviews, and no review gating, which means we don't filter out unhappy customers before asking. That breaks Google's policies and can get reviews removed.
Straight answers about review & reputation management.
Can you remove negative reviews?
Only if they break Google's rules, like spam, fake reviews or offensive content, and then we can flag them for Google to review. Google makes that decision, not us. For honest negative reviews, a good reply and a steady flow of new reviews is the real fix.
What is review gating, and why don't you do it?
Review gating means asking customers how they felt first and only sending happy ones to Google. It's against Google's policies and can lead to reviews being removed. We send the same request to everyone.
Is it okay for medical practices to reply to reviews?
Yes, carefully. Replies can't confirm that someone is a patient or mention anything about their care, because of privacy rules. We write replies for medical clients that stay general and point the reviewer to a private conversation.
