How do you win back website visitors who left without calling?
Most people don't book on their first visit. They compare, get distracted, or mean to call later. Retargeting shows them a reminder on Google, Facebook and Instagram after they leave, so you stay in front of people who already showed interest.
What the engagement actually includes.
Audiences from real interest
Lists built from people who visited specific pages, like a service page or the booking page, so the reminder matches what they were looking at instead of a generic ad.
Ads across Google and Meta
Retargeting on Google's display network, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, wherever your past visitors spend their time.
Frequency caps and exclusions
Limits on how often someone sees your ad, and exclusions for people who already booked, so the follow-up feels helpful rather than like being followed around.
Tracked to booked work
Retargeting gets judged on whether those returning visitors actually booked, not on impressions, so you can see if it's earning its share of the budget.
Straight answers about retargeting ads.
Is retargeting allowed for medical practices?
With limits. Health-related audiences have stricter rules on Google and Meta, and privacy law matters here. For medical clients we keep retargeting general rather than tied to a specific condition, and we'll tell you where the platform rules don't allow it.
Won't people find the ads annoying?
They can if nobody sets limits. We cap how often each person sees an ad, stop showing ads after a set window, and exclude people who already booked. A few well-timed reminders work better than constant ones.
Do we need a lot of website traffic for this to work?
You need enough visitors for the platforms to build an audience, so retargeting usually comes after search, SEO or social is already bringing people to the site. If traffic is very low, we'd fix that first.
