Home/Services/Website Care Plans
ServiceWho takes care of my website after it launches?
A website isn't finished at launch. It needs hosting, updates, backups, security checks and the occasional change to hours, prices or photos. A care plan means we handle all of that, so your site keeps working while you run your business.
What the engagement actually includes.
Hosting handled
Reliable hosting, SSL and domain settings managed for you, with someone watching if the site goes down instead of a customer telling you.
Updates and security
Regular updates, backups and security monitoring, so problems get caught and fixed before they turn into a broken or hacked site.
Speed kept in check
Sites slow down over time as content and tools pile up. We keep an eye on performance and fix what's dragging it down.
Small edits when you need them
New hours, a staff photo, a holiday notice, an updated price. Send it over and it gets done, without a new quote or project.
Straight answers about website care plans.
Can I get a care plan for a site you didn't build?
Often, yes. We'll look at it first to see what it's built on and what shape it's in, and tell you honestly whether we can look after it well or whether it needs work first.
What counts as a small edit?
Text changes, swapping photos, updating hours or prices, adding a team member, that kind of thing. New pages or bigger changes are scoped separately so you always know what you're paying for.
What happens if my site goes down?
We're watching for it, so we usually know before you do. We work to get it back up, find out what caused it, and tell you plainly what happened.

Thirty minutes. We'll look at your phones, forms and follow-up, and tell you exactly where this fits, whether or not you work with us.
